Acer had announced Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop at CES 2018 event earlier this year. Now, company has launched the laptop in Indian markets.
The Acer Nitro 5 (2018) laptop has refreshed chassis design with crimson red hinge which matches the design of its backlit keyboard. The top cover of laptop has laser texturing with matte finish.
The laptop also comes with Acer’s new Nitro Sense control software for advanced Cooling Management and System Monitoring. It has Intel Optane memory for quick read and write speeds.
The notebook has options for 8th Generation 6-Core Intel Core i5 / Core i7 / Core i5+ / Core i7+ processor options with NVIDIA GTX 1050 or GTX 1050Ti GPU. The device also gets configurations for AMD Ryzen 5 Processor with Radeon RX 560 GPU.
The Nitro 5 laptop packs in Dual Speakers, Dual Digital Microphone, Optimized Dolby Audio Premium Sound enhancements and Acer TrueHarmony Plus technology.
A 3220 mAh Li-Polymer 4-Cell battery powers the hardware. There is a HD camera at the front for video chats. Connectivity wise, it has Wi-Fi 802.11ac (MU-MIMO), Bluetooth V4.0, two USB 2.0, USB 3.0 (with Power-off Charging) and USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1.
The new Acer Nitro 5 AMD Ryzen model price starts at Rs. 65,999 . The Nitro 5 with Intel 8th Generation 6-core processors will cost starting at Rs. 72,999. The laptop will be be available in India at Acer exclusive stores, major retailers and E-Commerce sites.
