TCL owned Alcatel has officially confirmed that it will unveil Alcatel 5, Alcatel 3V and Alcatel 1X on February 24th. Company took to twitter to make the announcement.
The Alcatel 5 is believed to be a budget flagship phone. From what we know so far, it is expected with 5.7-inch display with 1440 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It is also expected to have bezel less design.
Talking about internals, you can expect Alcatel 5 to feature in 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 chipset with Mali-T860 MP2 GPU, 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. It is believed to have dual selfie cameras and 12MP main shooter at the back. It will come a fingerprint sensor and Android 8.0 Oreo OS and 3000 mAh battery inside.
Coming to Alcatel 3V, the cell phone is expected with 6-inch multi-touch display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It might have a quad-core MediaTek SoC, 2GB RAM and 16GB on-board ROM. There will be a 16MP + 2MP dual camera setup at the back coupled with a fingerprint sensor.
Rumors for Alcatel 1X has been to a minimum. From what we known, it will have lower resolution than 3V but will maintain 18:9 aspect ratio. It will have basic offering with sing camera unit at the back.
