Huawei’s Honor brand and just announced its latest mobile phone called Honor Play. This flagship houses GPU Turbo graphics processing acceleration technology that increases graphics processing efficiency of mobiles.
The cell phone offers unique 4D Gaming experience with real-time game scene recognition. It vibrates phone to intelligent match up to 30 different senses for more realistic gaming experience. Additionally, the 3D Histen 7.1 channel audio experience further enhances gaming.
The Honor Play has dimensions of 157.91 x 74.27 x 7.84 mm and weighs 176 grams. It has metal back which hosts a fingerprint sensor for quick unlocking. Inside is Hybrid Dual SIM slots (Nano + Nano / MicroSD) which supports dual 4G VoLTE.
The Honor Play specs include 4GB / 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, which is further expandable up to 256GB using MicroSD card. The cell phone comes pre-installed with Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.2 on top. At 3750 mAh (typical) fast charging battery powers the hardware.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2 LTE, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Honor Play price starts at 1999 Yuan (US$ 312 / Rs. 20,960 approx.) for 4GB RAM model and goes up to 2399 Yuan (US$ 375 / Rs. 25,140 approx.) for 6GB RAM variant. It comes in Black, Violet, Blue and Red colors. The handset will go on sale in China from June 11th.
