Infinix has unveiled its first 5G smartphone called Zero 5G. It comes in Skylight Orange, Horizon Blue and Cosmic Black colors.
Infinix Zero 5G specifications and features
It is a dual SIM smartphone that supports 5G SA / NSA bands (n1/n3/n5/n7/n8/n20/n28/n38/n40/n41/n77/n78/n79). The device runs on Android 11 based XOS 10 and comes with side mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics.
The Infinx Zero 5G specs include a 6.78-inch LCD display offering 2460 x 1080 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and up to 500nits of brightness.
Powering inside is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor with Mali-G68 Mc4 GPU. It has 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage space. The cell phone comes with a dedicated microSD card slot for further expansion up to 256GB.
The Zero 5G feature a 16MP front camera with dual-LED Flash. At the back side are triple cameras consisting of 48MP (main), 13MP (telephoto, 2X optical, 30x digital) and 2MP (depth, F/2.4) cameras and quad-LED Flash. The primary shooter can record 4K videos at 30fps and Slow Motion at 960fps.
The smartphone itself measures 168.73 x 76.53 x 8.77 mm and weighs just about 199 grams. It has uni-curve design and houses a 5000mAh (typical) battery. There is support for 33W fast charging as well.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.2, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack.
Price and Availability
The Infinix Zero 5G is priced at $250 (Rs. 18,680 approx.). The smartphone is teased to launch in India on February 14th.
UPDATE 14/2/22: Infinxi Zero 5G smartphone has officially landed in India. It is priced at Rs. 19,999 and will go on sale at Flipkart from February 18th.
