LG Electronics has announced its latest Q Stylus series smartphones. They include Q Stylus, Q Stylus+ and Q Stylus α. All of them have almost the same specifications with only major difference being its RAM and Storage.
LG Q Stylus series has dimensions of 160.15 x 77.75 x 8.4 mm and weighs 172 grams. They run on Android 8.1 Oreo OS. They have IP68 water resistance rating and complies with MIL-ST 810G grading. They come with Stylus Pen, Google Assistant, Fingerprint sensor and Smart Rear key.
They have a 6.2-inch FullView display with 2160 x 1080 pixels FHD+ resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, 389ppi pixel density and multi-touch support. They are powered by 1.5GHz octa-core OR 1.8GHz octa-core chipsets. They have 3300 mAh battery capacity.
The Q Stylus and Q Stylus α packs in 3GB RAM with 32GB storage. The LG Q Stylus + features in 4GB RAM and 64GB internal ROM. All of them allow further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD card.
The Q Stylus α houses 5MP selfie shooter with super wide angle lens while at the back, it has 13MP camera with LED flash and PDAF support. The Q Stylus and Q Stylus Plus packs in 16MP rear shooter with LED Flash and PDAF. At the front they have 5MP or 8MP shooters with super wide angle lens.
Apart from 4G LTE, they support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetotoh V4.2, NFC, USB Type-C 2.0 (3.0 compatible) etc.
The LG Q Stylus α comes in Moroccan Blue colors. The Q Stylus has Aurora Black and Moroccan Blue color options while the Q Stylus+ will come in Aurora Black, Moroccan Blue and Lavender Violet colors.
The Q Stylus series will launch on limited basis starting this month in North America and Asia followed by other key markets in Q3, 2018. Pricing and availability details will be announced at the time of launch.
