Xiaomi at its 10th Anniversary has unveiled its new Mi TV LUX OLED Transparent Edition TV in China. It was announced along side Redmi K30 Ultra and Mi 10 Ultra smartphones.
It comes with 55-inch OLED 4K display with offers 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution. The screen offers 1ms low response time for gaming, supports HDR10+, 98.5% DCI-P3 color gamut, 1000nits (max) brightness and 1000000:1 contrast ratio. The screen has MEMC, Dolby Vision and 178-degree viewing angles.
The Mi TV LUX OLED Transparent Edition edge-to-edge display with 5.7mm slim body and round base. The stand is covered with millimeter-grade finishing which resembles to compact display. The TV runs on MIUI for TV which is customized with special homepage settings and My Apps.
Under the hood is quad-core (Cortex-A73) MediaTek MT9650 processor with Mali-G52 MC1 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space. It has AI Master smart Engine and comes with over 20 optimization algorithms.
It has Professional gaming mode, variable refresh rate (up to 120Hz), Automatic Low latency mode (ALLM), DC dimming etc. There is support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB (x2), HDMI 2.1 (x3)(including eARC), S/PDIF and Ethernet. For enhanced audio, there is Dolby Atmos, DTS Audio and AI Master for Audio algorithm.
The Mi TV Lux Transparent Edition price is 49999 Yuan (US$ 7195 / Rs. 5,37,200 approx.). It will go on sale in China from August 16th.
