OnePlus has finally launched Nord 2 successor in India called OnePlus Nord 2T. The handset first went official in UK and European markets back in May.

The handset retains a 6.43-inch Fluid AMOLED display that gives 2400 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. It has 90Hz refresh rate, 409ppi pixel density and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.
The smartphone measures 159.1 x 73.2 x 8.2 mm and weighs about 190 grams. It has dual Nano SIM slots and supports 5G (SA/NSA – Bands 1/3/5/8/28/40/41/78) and dual 4G VoLTE in India.
The OnePlus Nord 2T feature an in-display fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking. It is powered by Android 12 based OxygenOS 12.1 out of the box. OnePlus has confirmed two major OS upgrades and three years security updates. There are stereo speakers for enhanced audio experience.
Powering inside Nord 2T is an octa-core MediaTeK Dimensity 1300 processor with ARM Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. It has options of 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 3.1 storage and 12GB LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB UFS 3.1 storage space.
The handset boasts a 4500mAh battery and supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. It is said to go from 1 to 100% in just about 27 minutes.
Other specifications of Nord 2T 5G include 32MP selfie camera with Sony IMX615 sensor and F/2.4 Aperture. At the back side is a combo of 50MP (main, Sony IMX766 sensor, F/1.8 Aperture) + 8MP (ultra-wide, Sony IMX355 sensor, F/2.2 Aperture) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) lenses and LED Flash.
For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz) 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth V5.2, USB Type-C (with Type-C audio), GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and NFC.
