Amazon and Onida have come together and has announced Onida Fire TV Edition smart TV’s. They come in 32-inch 720p and and 43-inch 1080p size options.
Both variants run on Fire OS and supports several streaming options like Prime Video, Hotstar, Youtube, Netflix, SOny Liv, Sun NXT, Zee5 and many more.
These come with Amazon Alexa and a voice assistant remote which can be used to search and watch several categories of videos or TV. Pairing Onida Fire TV Edition Televisions with any Amazon Echo device is also possible.
The 32-inch Onida Fire TV offers 1366 x 768 pixels resolution while the 43-inch Onida Fire TV comes with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, 1200:1 contrast ratio and 300nits brightness. These have LED panel with 178-degree wide viewing angles.
Both of these variants of Fire TV feature in Lucent Picture Engine Technology for rich HD picture quality. These come with two 8W speakers with Dolby DTS support.
They have a quad-core Cortex-A53 processor with Mali-450 GPU, 1GB RAM and 8GB of ROM. They support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Miracast and Bluetooth V4.2. There are three HDMI ports, USB port and AUX port.
The Onida Fire TV Edition 32-inch price is Rs. 12,999 while the 43-inch variant costs Rs. 21,999. They will go on sale in India from December 20th at Amazon.in. Do note that these are introductory prices and comes with cashback offers as well.
