Samsung has officially launched its Odyssey G7 (G75T) and Odyssey G9 (G95T) gaming monitors in India. These are company’s latest curved gaming monitors featuring 1ms GTG response time and 240Hz refresh rate.
The Samsung Odyssey G7 comes in 27-inch and 32-inch screen sizes. The smaller model is world’s first 1000R gaming monitor with 1000mm curvature radius. The monitor themselves are sleek with black exterior and rear core lighting.
The 27-inch Odyssey G7 monitor delivers 350nits typical brightness while the 32-inch Odyssey G7 gives 600nits typical brightness. These have VA panel offering 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, 2500:1 contrast ratio (typ), VESA HDR 600 and G-Sync compatibility.
The 49-inch Odyssey G9 features in VA panel with 5120 x 1440 pixels resolution, 600nits (typ) / 1000nits (max) brightness, 2500:1 (typ) contrast ratio, 178-degree viewing angles, VESA HDR 1000 and G-Sync compatibility. Aesthetically, it has Black front and white back.
All of these come with HDMI 2.0 (x1), Display Port 1.4 (x2) and USB 3.0 (x2, down). These have Free Sync Premium Pro Eco Saving Plus, Flicker Free, PIP, PBP, Eye Saver Mode and TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certificate.
The Samsung Odyssey G7 price starts at Rs. 49,000 while the premium Odyssey G9 49″ monitor costs whooping Rs. 1,99,000. These are already up for pre-booking till December 31st.
