Snap Inc. has unveiled its third generation smart glasses called Spectacles 3. It has strong light weight steel frame and sports new design.
Sadly the Snap Spectacles 3 is not water resistant unlike its predecessor. It has adjustable tips and features in two HD cameras (one on either side of frame). They are specially designed to capture depth and dimension to offer Augmented Reality like experience.
Users can capture photos or make videos simply by tapping a button on top of glasses. You can take Snaps which transfers faster to Snapchat under Wi-Fi only import mode.
Photos take are at resolution of 1642 x 1642 pixels while the video resolution is of 1216 x 1216 pixels. The Snap Spectacles 3 also comes with built in storage space which can store up to 100 videos or 122 photos.
It comes with Charging case (charged using USB Type-C),allowing one to recharge on the go. The case gives four full charges at a time. On a single charge, one can capture 70 videos and more than 200 photos. The Spectacles 3 can be fully charged in 75 minutes.
The Snap Spectacles price is $380 in US, £330 in UK and €370 in Europe. It comes in Carbon and Mineral colors and is up for pre-order at Spectacles.com.
